Chad is a family man. He started his career in real estate when he and his wife were expecting their second child. He was essentially a stay-at-home dad during his boys’ first years thanks to the flexible schedule it afforded him. Since 2005 Chad has devoted himself to helping people solve problems and achieve their real estate goals. He has an insatiable curiosity about all things real estate, earning a broker’s license and the industry designations of Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer’s Agent to better serve his clients. When he meets a customer for the first time he doesn’t take up time talking about himself. Instead he listens to the buyer or seller’s story, their concerns, their hopes.
